• With increasing population, out of which 34% is below 25 years of age, the Centre will bridge the gap between unskilled youth and the demands of the job market. Skills development & training programmes, integrating livelihood and community development and education projects as well as stand-alone projects focusing largely on women and youth, aim to improve the employability of the working population including school drop-outs, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers, linking beneficiaries to external initiatives by NGO’s, companies and the government.
